Universal Arquati terms and conditions, credit card policies, ordering information, pricing and discounts, return merchandise, Shipping/Freight policies.

Terms & Conditions
To  open  an account  with us, please complete and return a  credit application. If you want to establish credit, we require three trade references and bank information.

Allow up to 4 weeks for processing. Once approved our terms are:
5% 30/Net 31 Payment.
Payments are posted against the oldest balance.
Checks returned to UFP for NSF will be charged a $25 processing fee.

Credit Card/COD
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. A 2.5% discount is given on all credit card orders (in lieu of 5% discount). You may also make your invoice payment with credit card before 30 days and still receive the 2.5% discount. Special or Custom orders will require a purchase order and 50% deposit.

Orders received before 11:00AM PST will be shipped the same day. We will make every effort to ensure your order is processed quickly and accurately.

Orders less then $100 are subject to a $10 service fee.

Our length moulding is sold in bundles (approx. 8’-20’). Customers that require bundles to be split will be charged at the 100ft price level.

When placing orders please order your minimum footage requirement and we will ship the closest full bundle increment. We will not ship less than your requested footage.

Ordering box quantities – Moulding footage per box is approximate as indicated on price list.

Pricing/Discounts
All prices shown in price list are Net 31 prices. If you have established credit with UFP and pay within 30 days, you may deduct 5%, as indicated on your invoice.

Discounts are given by quantity of order.

Discount levels are 100’, 250’, 1 Box, and 5 Box.

You may assort wood, Valucore, and Alliance Aluminum for respective quantity level discount.

Our “Box Only” Program are mouldings that are deeply discounted and available to anyone who orders a minimum of 1 box. Box quantities cannot be broken for this program. Although we will do our best to inform you of price changes, all prices listed are subject to change without notice.

Return Merchandise
Please notify UFP or your Sales Representative upon delivery (within 7 days) if your shipment is damaged. Please be ready to tell us the nature of the damage. If your package is damaged by carrier, call us 
and we will arrange for a replacement, if needed, and pick up of damaged merchandise. Please note any potential damage on freight bill upon signing for merchandise. Call UFP to arrange for inspection/pick 
up by carrier. Please note that UFP cannot be responsible for damage by freight carriers.

If your moulding is defective, please call customer service or your Sales Representative to make appropriate arrangements. Please have your invoice number ready when you call customer service.
All replacements will be shipped ground service. Returns without a proper return authorization number (RA#), or partial stick returns will not be accepted. No unauthorized returns 
will be accepted.

All special, custom, overstock or discontinued items are “FINAL SALE” and not returnable.

Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and require customer to pay shipping charges back to UFP. No returns allowed after 30 days from date of receipt.

Shipping/Freight
We will always ship your order in the most efficient and economical way possible.

If shipping UPS, please be ready to give cutting instructions. Anything over 5’ is subject to an “OVERSIZE” charge by UPS. The maximum length that UPS can ship is 8’.

In Los Angeles and Orange County, orders over $100 qualify for free delivery.

In San Diego, San Bernardino and Ventura County, orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
